Diamond Went founder of fourfold wellness

Hi, I'm Diamond Went.

I didn't set out to become a wellness coach. I spent 17 years building a career in government, steady, structured, the kind of path you're taught to be grateful for. But underneath that stability, I was quietly trying to figure out my own body, and Fourfold Wellness is what came out of that.

I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)  now increasingly understood as Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (PMOS), at a young age, long before I had the language to understand what was happening to me. PMOS doesn't just affect reproductive hormones; it disrupts metabolic systems like insulin regulation, and raises the risk of Type 2 diabetes. In practice, that meant weight gain I couldn't explain, hirsutism, mood swings that felt like they belonged to someone else, and brain fog that made even simple days feel heavy. For a long time, I genuinely thought there was no version of "healthy" available to me.

I did what you're supposed to do. I worked with personal trainers. I worked with nutritionists. And still, something kept missing — not effort, not information, but fit. Every plan I was handed felt like it was built for a body that wasn't mine, for a hormone profile that wasn't mine, for a life that wasn't mine. I'd start, stall, blame myself, and start again.

Avenir Light is a clean and stylish font favored by designers. It's easy on the eyes and a great go-to font for titles, paragraphs & more.

The shift happened at a PCOS advocacy day on Capitol Hill. Sitting in a room full of women describing my exact experience back to me, the same fatigue, the same frustration, the same sense of being failed by generic advice; something clicked. I wasn't broken. The approach was.

What I didn't expect was what happened next. As I started actually taking care of myself, the people around me started to shift too. Friends started asking what I was doing differently. Family started moving more, eating differently, sleeping better; not because I told them to, but because taking care of yourself has a way of giving other people permission to do the same. That's when I realized this work was never just about PCOS, or even just about fitness. It's about becoming a better version of yourself, in every direction at once.

That's the whole idea behind Fourfold Wellness. Taking care of yourself isn't just physical maintenance, it's spiritual work. My approach merges fitness coaching with life coaching, because your body, mind, emotions, and spirit were never meant to be worked on separately. I'm coaching from inside the work myself, still learning, still adjusting, building toward harmony across the fourfold being, one habit at a time. If you've ever felt like your plan wasn't the problem, your body (or your life) just wasn't being heard, this is the space I built for exactly that.
