Frequently Asked Questions

Coaching

What is Fourfold Wellness coaching?
It’s 1:1 virtual coaching built around four pillars: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. We work on strength, stress management, mindset, and inner work together, so you’re supported as a whole person rather than one piece at a time.

Who is this for?
Women who want steady, realistic support, especially women with PCOS/PMOS. You don’t need a fitness background, and you don’t need to have it figured out.

Do I need to have PCOS/PMOS to work with you?
No. PCOS/PMOS education is part of coaching if you want it, but you’re welcome here either way.

What does a coaching week look like?
Each week includes a 45-minute 1:1 session, a check-in, and support between sessions by email or Telegram. Sessions combine movement, nervous system tools, and honest conversation about what’s working and what isn’t.

What’s the difference between the packages?
They all follow the same structure and differ in length and depth:

  • Start Strong (6 weeks): body and habits

  • Build & Grow (8 weeks): body and mind

  • Strengthen & Sustain (12 weeks): whole-person integration

Not sure you’re ready to commit? Can I try a session first?
Yes. Find Your Footing is a one-time 60-minute session that gives you a feel for how I coach, with strength, nervous system work, and reflection. You’ll leave with a practice to use right away and a clearer next step. Book a session here.

Do I need a gym or equipment?
No. Sessions can be done with bodyweight or a pair of dumbbells, and I’ll adjust to what you have.

Is this safe if I have a health condition or injury?
I’ll ask about your history and adjust accordingly, and I may suggest you check with your doctor first. I’m a fitness coach, and coaching doesn’t replace medical care or advice from your healthcare provider.

Do I have to track calories or macros?
No. Nutrition support uses a simple plate-based approach, with no counting. Tracking macros is not mandatory but it is recommended in the 12 week program.

Is this religious?
No. The spiritual pillars is about inner work like breathwork, meditation, and energy practices. You choose how much of it you want, and nothing is required.

How do payments work?
Pay in full, or split it up with Afterpay, Affirm, or Klarna. Current founder rates are $400 for 6 weeks, $600 for 8 weeks, and $900 for 12 weeks.

What if I need to reschedule?

Please reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment.

Reiki

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, hands-off energy practice. I use a calm, intentional presence to support relaxation and a sense of balance. It’s a quiet, restful experience, and nothing is asked of you except to receive.

What happens during a session?
We start with a short check-in about how you’re feeling and what you’d like from the session. Then you rest, either lying down or seated, while I work with the energy. At the end we take a few minutes to talk through what you noticed.

Is it done virtually?
Yes. [Confirm how you offer it, e.g., distance Reiki over video or phone.] You’ll just need a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted.

What will I feel?
Everyone’s experience is different. Some people feel deeply relaxed, warm, or tingly, some feel emotional, and some just feel calm or even fall asleep. There’s no right way to feel, and nothing you need to do to “do it right.”

Do I need to believe in energy work for it to work?
No. Come with curiosity or with no expectations at all. You’re welcome as you are.

Can Reiki treat or cure a health condition?
No. Reiki is a complementary relaxation practice, and it doesn’t diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. It’s not a substitute for medical care, so please keep seeing your healthcare provider for anything medical.

Is Reiki part of your coaching packages?
Reiki is a standalone service and is booked separately from coaching. [Add if you offer it as an add-on or bundle.] If you’re curious about both, I’m happy to talk through what fits.

How do I prepare?
Wear comfortable clothes, have water nearby, and find a quiet spot. Try to avoid scheduling anything stressful right after, so you have time to settle.

How often should I book?
It’s up to you. Some people come once to try it, others make it a regular part of their routine. There is no mandatory schedule for Reiki, as the frequency depends on your personal goals, budget, and how your body responds to the practice.
